What we collect

When you ask for a quote or download our company profile, we collect the details you type in: your name, company, email, mobile number, and the event details you share with us. We don't ask for anything else, and we don't use tracking that identifies you personally.

Why we collect it

To reply to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and follow up about it. If you downloaded the company profile, we may follow up once to ask whether you have questions. We don't sell or share your details with anyone outside HoloBox Philippines.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details for as long as we're in conversation with you, and for our business records afterwards. Ask us to delete your details and we will.

Photos and videos at activations

At events, guests who use the HoloBox see a notice before they take part. Photos and videos are handed to the client who booked the activation, and guests can ask our crew on site not to keep theirs.

Your rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you can ask what personal information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email us and we'll act on it.
